Shaun Lloyd - Founding Partner

Shaun established Lloyd & Co Pty Ltd in 1997 after having become a registered Tax Agent in 1989.

With over 20 years experience in the accounting profession, Shaun has developed a core specialty in the areas of taxation and business services including tax minimisation strategies, wealth creation and cashflow and budget forecasting for his clients.

Shaun has been increasingly involved in the realm of business and strategic planning and valuations and consults to his clients across a range of business transactions including business restructuring and reorganisation.

Shaun regards himself as a general practitioner, servicing high net worth and small business clients ranging from legal and financial professionals to placement agencies, panel beaters and manufacturers.

Ivana Lazenkas – Accountant

Ivana completed her Diploma in Accounting and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) by correspondence at the University of Southern Queensland on a part time basis.

Prior to joining Lloyd & Co Pty Ltd in 2002, Ivana developed broad accounting and taxation experience whilst working with other public practices in Melbourne.

With over 15 years experience in the accounting industry, Ivana has developed a sound understanding of the business and taxation requirements of individuals, superannuation funds and small businesses including trusts, partnerships and companies.

Andrew Lloyd – Accountant

Andrew graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and progressed to CPA status in August 2006.

Andrew commenced his accounting career working in the finance and credit division of medium sized transport companies prior to joining Lloyd & Co Pty Ltd in 1998. Since joining the practice, Andrew has gained experience providing clients with business and taxation requirements including individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and self managed superannuation funds.

Daniel Vukic – Accountant

Daniel graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and progressed to CA status in February 2002.

Prior to joining Lloyd & Co in March 2011, Daniel worked as a manager in accounting firms where he developed a diverse accounting and taxation knowledge. Daniel’s wide ranging accounting experience results from working in the industry since April 1999 tackling issues on clients ranging from individual tax returns to large entities. With over 10 years experience in the accounting and taxation industry, Daniel has developed a sound understanding of the business and taxation requirements of individuals, superannuation funds and small businesses including trusts, partnerships and companies.
